RULES

 These are my prices for private commissions only. These commissions are for personal use, that may not be reproduced, or used for any commercial purposes. If you have any doubt about usage right, please asking me before commissioning me.

In addition of the original pic, the commission is released as a high quality  300 dpi digital file, for your personnal use only : this file can not be shared publicly. You will received another version, in low quality with watermark if you want to share your commission publicly. I reserved myself the right to share this low quality version on my social media.

About the original to be sent : I am not responsible in any case if the drawing is damaged or lost during transport.
My illustrations are systematically sent under plastic and rigid envelope. However, if you often receive damaged parckages, you may not ask to receive the original: a reduction then applies for the customer (refer to the notes "Discount*" under each illustration description).
Once the HD file has been delivered by email, if it does not meet your expectations, you can change your mind about the original piece : monney for this postal mailing will be refund (if you have benefited from a Patreon or Tipeee reduction, the amount returned will be impacted by this voucher). But AS SOON AS THE HD FILE IS VALIDATED, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO ASK FOR ANY REFUND.

I only start the commission upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the agreed price, and deliver the order in HD and by post only once the totality of the payment made.
You can decide to pay full price before the start of the order, then you will enjoy all the steps to validate in HD without watermark.

RÈGLEMENT

Voici mes tarifs pour les commandes de particuliers seulement. Ces commandes sont réservées à l'usage personnel, ne peuvent être reproduites ou utilisées de quelque manière que ce soit à des fins commerciales. Si vous avez des doutes à propos de vos droit d'utilisation, merci de me poser vos questions avant toute commande.

En plus de l'original, la commande est livrée sous forme de fichier HD en 300ppp, pour votre usage personnel uniquement : ce fichier ne peut être partagé publiquement. Pour vos partages publics, vous recevrez un second fichier en basse qualité, avec watermark. Je me réserve le droit de partager cette version basse définition sur mes propres réseaux sociaux.

Pour les envois d'originaux : je ne suis en aucun cas responsable si l'original est abimé ou perdu pendant le transport.
Mes illustrations sont systématiquement envoyées sous plastique et enveloppes rigides. Néanmoins si vous recevez souvent des colis et des enveloppes abîmées, vous pouvez ne pas demander à recevoir l'original : une réduction s'applique alors pour le client (se référer aux annotations "Réduction*" sous chaque description d'illustration).
Une fois le fichier HD livré par mail, s'il n'est pas à la hauteur de vos attentes, vous pourrez vous rétracter et revenir sur votre décision de réception de l'original : l'argent concernant cet envoi postal vous sera restitué (si vous avez bénéficié d'une réduction Patreon ou Tipeee, la somme restituée sera impactée par ce bon). En revanche, UNE FOIS LE FICHIER HD VALIDE, IL NE VOUS SERA PLUS POSSIBLE DE DEMANDER LE REMBOURSEMENT.

Je ne commence la commande qu'à réception d'un acompte de 50% du prix convenu, et ne livre la commande en HD et par voie postale qu'une fois la totalité du règlement effectué.
Vous pouvez décider de me régler intégralement avant le début de la commande, vous profiterez alors de toutes les étapes à valider en HD sans watermark.
